Tear-off containers sized off your square count and layer count, set where the crew is throwing. Our smallest container is a 20 yard, so the size decision starts where a tear-off actually needs it. A second layer close to doubles what comes off the same roof, which is the usual reason a job needs a swap.

Most of the volume shows up in the first week, when plaster, subfloor, tile, and cabinetry all come out before anything new goes in. The demolition volume is what sizes the container. Contaminated soil, sandblast media, and other non-hazardous industrial waste that a regular hauler turned away. The material gets a TCLP test first, and that result sets the classification. Once it comes back Class 1 or Class 2 non-hazardous, we build the waste profile and haul it to a licensed landfill under our RRC registration.
