On the construction and farm side, placement follows the usual rule. A container on private property, which covers most farm and residential work, generally needs no permit. On a public street or sidewalk in town, the City of Poteet handles right-of-way, and TX-16 through town is TxDOT right-of-way. Pulling the permit is the customer's responsibility, and we will tell you what the process looks like.
